At Velor Park Studio, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping procedures.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment partners.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Netherlands: 5–9 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This usually occurs when items are fulfilled from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Velor Park Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed Shipments
Delivery delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages
Velor Park Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors
- Contact your local carrier
- Contact us for assistance
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of packaging
We will review your request and provide a resolution.
